Mobile fitness centerBODYWORKS was originally created in 2001 under the name BIEN-ETRE. Our base was and still is the luxury ski resort of Courchevel which is located in the heart of the French Alps. It was here that we started as a mobile therapy service specialising in sports massage and recuperation. Soon after, we were invited to work in conjunction with the 4 star luxury Hotel de Charme Les Airelles in 1850.

BODYWORKS has grown and developed over the years into a serious health and fitness service. We are still operating our clinics in the Hotel de Charme Les Airelles and at the fitness center in the Forum Courchevel 1850 where our main office is now located.
BODYWORKS can provide you with variety of services and activities in the comfort of your own surroundings from trained and accredited massage therapists and personal trainers. We operate in chalets and hotels throughout the 3 Valleys or you can visit us at our main office in the fitness center in Courchevel 1850. Massage gift vouchers are available. With a wide range of services and activities offered by BODYWORKS and the Gym and Fitness Center there is something for nearly everyone.
All mobile services are available 7 days a week between 10.00 and 21.00 by appointment only.
All on-site services respect the operating hours of the Gym and Fitness Center, anything outside of those hours are by appointment only.
