It’s hard to believe that just a couple of weeks ago there was a distinct lack of snow across the Alps. After a record breaking November (the warmest, apparently, for fifty years), snow finally hit in early December.

British big air champion Billy Morgan has been training out in the States and not only pushing his own riding but riding in general. He's the first rider I've ever heard of to land a triple rodeo in the park. That's three backflips with a 180 degree rotation to finish. Watch on to see a world first!!!

At last! We've had our fingers AND toes crossed all weekend and, finally, we have woken up to snow covered pistes (we suspect it is around 10cm higher up). This morning it is still drizzling in town which means it'll be snowing up top. The weather is even obscuring the webcams, which is always a good sign.

ABS airbags recall

ABS are recalling all steel cartridges filled between the 1st September 2008 and the 15th April 2010. There is a chance that the canister manufacturer supplied ABS with a faulty product which could result in the airbag failing to activate.
