5 Day Professional Paragliding Course ... New to the Magic in Motion summer activities program is our paragliding initiation course. It may sound a bit gnarly but paragliding is a gentle, exhilarating and under the watchful, experienced eye of our instructors a fairly easy and safe sport. No jumping off cliffs into thin air, but a few meters run down a gentle slope and next thing you know… you’re flying.
This 5 day intensive course is designed to take you from initiation to solo flights catching gentle thermals and soaring with the birds.
Weather permitting you will have practical sessions in the morning followed by some classroom (generally sitting in a field some place) learning the theory side of things, weather patterns, aerodynamics, rules of the air, landing and takeoff sites and procedures, air safety, etc...
