Women's Ski World Cup returns to Courchevel

The 9th edition returns to resort in 2018

The women’s FIS Alpine World Cup schedule for the 2018/19 season has been released, and once again Courchevel is in the pre-Christmas line-up.

Last year saw the events in early December in Courchevel and Val d'Isere cancelled due to lack of snow as we began a very low snow year in the French Alps. We will be hoping for a better start this coming season and will no doubt be out doing the traditional 'snow dances' from November onwards!

The ski resorts of Val d’Isere and Courchevel are due to host the women before the Christmas break, on the 18th, 19th & 20th December. Val d’Isere hosts the first of four alpine combined races on the schedule.

It may be heating up right now in the ski resorts as summer takes a firm hold but let's hope for a great snow season so we can show the world what fantastic venues these are.
