A well-chosen wine list, a range of fine whiskies and luxury champagnes as well as soft drinks, spirits, cocktails and hot drinks are complimented by delicious bar snacks and gourmet "tasting plates", as well as more substantial dishes made from the finest ingredients.
The creative and original menu is the work of double Michelin-starred chef Jean-Christophe Ansanay Alex. Dishes range from the decadent Gold Caviar with 24 Carat Gold Leaf to the more informal Farmhouse Chicken Roasted with Thyme. Fusing traditional local ingredients such as Beaufort cheese and saucisson with contemporary gourmet flair, Jean-Christophe has created a menu suited to both fine dining or a relaxed lunch.
If you're staying at the hotel then you can order much of this menu as room service too.
Music, subtle lighting and chic decor blend to make La Suite the ideal place to relax and socialise after a day on the mountain.
